Frequently Asked Questions
Register online anytime. Students will receive login information to their email within one business day. Please note that this form is for New Hire set-up and supplemental training requests. All staff are automatically enrolled in an Annual Training program that trains throughout the year.
STAR Services Administered Online Training can be found at star.edvance360.com. Enter the website in the URL bar at the top of the web browser.
Use the Forgot Your Password? link on the homepage and enter the username and associated email address. If that is unknown, contact the Training Help Desk for assistance.
Managers/Supervisors can run records reports at any time using their Parent account and can also request certificates or training records from the Online Training Help Desk.
Students have 5 attempts to receive a passing grade of 80% prior to the test locking. After that point, tests need to be reset to allow further attempts. Contact the Training Help Desk for test resets.
