Register online anytime. Payment is due at the time of registration. Students will receive login information to their email within one business day.
STAR Services Online Training can be found at starsvcs.edvance360.com. Enter the website in the URL bar at the top of the web browser. Please note that this website is for pay-as-you-go (Select) training only. Administered and Inclusive customers have separate websites.
Courses expire 90 days after registration, regardless of completion.
If a registered staff has not started the online courses, trainings may be transferred to another staff within 90 days of the original registration. Contact the Online Training Help Desk for assistance.
Use the Forgot Your Password? link on the homepage and enter the username and associated email address. If that is unknown, contact the Online Training Help Desk for assistance.
Students can print their own certificates upon course completion. Supervisors and self-pay students can also request certificates or training records at anytime.
Students have 5 attempts to receive a passing grade of 80% prior to the test locking. After that point, tests need to be reset to allow further attempts. Contact the Online Training Help Desk for test resets.
